Receive individualized attention, expert guidance, accountability, and ongoing support. Working with me 1:1 will increase the likelihood of achieving and maintaining your goals faster.

Small Group Classes (Virtual)
Build community and share the joy of movement with full-body workouts in an intimate class setting to allow for personalized attention. This is a great alternative to 1:1 training at a reduced cost.

Convenient, accessible, and affordable. If you feel comfortable and motivated to take yourself through a personalized program, this is a great alternative to 1:1 training at a fraction of the cost.
