Jenny is everything I needed in a personal trainer. Truly! As a retired professional dancer I was struggling with finding my “new normal” with working out. She has tailored workouts for my wants and needs and where I am in my life while the progression feels steady and consistent. It’s so nice to feel stronger while making a difference in my day to day life and mood. She’s helping me find a sustainable way to stay active and it doesn’t feel intimidating. Jenny is a fantastic trainer and all-around awesome person. She has a command of a broad range of exercises and she gives thought toward keeping sessions interesting. Her workouts are well-planned and effective. She'll help you power through that last rep or sprint and keep you laughing. Yelling and screaming just isn't her style...On a personal note, Jenny is a ray of sunshine. She is warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. I recommend her highly - especially for people easily intimidated by the gym scene!

Jenny is awesome! She is the perfect combination of qualities that makes for a great trainer - knowledgeable about fitness, motivating (at just the right level), funny (useful for early morning sessions), and actually just someone you want on your side while you push your body to make some changes. Jenny varies our workouts to focus on different movements and challenges us as we make progress, always pushing us to a great whole body burn during our sessions. I highly recommend Jenny!

Jenny and I hit it off immediately -- she's sweet, personable, and encouraging. We focused on expanding movement, strengthening the core, working all muscle groups equally, while still fitting in cardio. Stretching's also part of the deal, and really helped during the ramping-up. She effectively crosses the line between challenging and throttling the limit, letting you find your pace. After six months, I find working out to be fun, and am already seeing and feeling results.

Jenny has a really great way about her, is very personal and makes the time pass really quickly while slowly ramping up the intensity of the workouts. You don't even notice it and all of a sudden you're doing more reps and running further, faster. I'm doing better already after a few weeks of training and looking forward to what she has in store for us next!

I’ve never thought of myself as a runner until I trained with Jenny. I could barely run a mile in under eleven minutes before I started training with her a year ago. Just the other day, I ran over 8 miles at 9 minutes a mile! Jenny taught me how to love running while being kind and encouraging along the way. She pushed me beyond my limits and I couldn’t be more grateful!
